We had a great visit to Mandalay, your hotel was one of the best we had on you tour, the food was very good,  the staff are brilliant and nothing was too much trouble and they smiled all the time!!, the room was lovely and everything about the hotel was first class and “cute” the term of description used to us by Trailfinders was ” A Boutique Hotel” I would just add the word excellent to that and would recommend it.
