- All bookings must be confirmed by us in writing through fax or email. Please allow 48 hours from time to reservation for us to do so. If you have not received any confirmation after 48hours, please contact us to verify your booking status.
- Changes in your arrival date or cancellations of your booking must be done by emailing us at bookings@hotelredcanal.com or phone +95 261177 or by toll-free fax: +1 866 3471109. Amendments to your check-in date. Amendments or cancellations made later than this stated notice period will be subject to a charge of 1 night's stay.
- Rooms will be held for you until 6pm on the day of your scheduled arrival. Please notify us 48 hours in advance if you are checking in after 6pm. We reserve the right to release the room after 6pm should no notice of late check-in be received, notwithstanding one night's stay has already been charged.

Please produce the same credit card used for your booking upon check-in for verification. The cost of the entire stay will be payable upon check-in.
- For fire safety reasons, guests are strictly not permitted to exceed the maximum capacity of the rooms. In the event of overcrowding of rooms, we reserve the right to required that the extra occupants pay for additional room (s).
- For the safety & security of everyone at the hotel, kindly note that all rooms/shared room guests & visitors have to be registered.
