| My wife and I spent 8 days at the Red Canal Hotel in November 2011. We have not regretted in any way to choose your hotel for our stay in Mandalay. The hotel service was excellent,our room was comfortable and we appreciated some extra facilities, namely the evening receptions at the pool. The management and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. We would like to particularly mention and recommend to other guests the services of U Tun Aung Kyaw who proved to be effective and attentive driver on our several trips in and out of Mandalay. | Stayed 2 nights, in this hotel, the rooms we has was one of the top ones as the more economic ones were occupied. The room was very nice and clean.
Diner in the Indian restaurrant was perfect, one of the best indians we tryiebd in Myanmar.
The best thing, free internet service 24 hour in good computers! |

| This is a lovely small hotel with excellent staff and facilities. Some of the rooms are quite small but very clean and comfortable. We paid an extra $10 and upgraded to a room overlooking the pool. Worth it for having your own balcony. Cold towels every time you came back was great. Restaurant serves good Indian food but as we were the only diners it lacked atmosphere. Free cocktails by pool in evening was a nice touch. Free internet a bonus.

| I think this small, simple hotel is one of the most luxurious hotels I've stayed in. How could that be? I think luxury is not about great rooms and halls with rude staff. Luxury is being received with a cold tea and towel every time you arrive there during your stay. Or having a free cocktail party by the pool every day. Or free Internet or VISA service in an extremely complicated country for that. Or free massage. Or fruit on your room always.
And friendly, friendly, NICE staff. That is what I call luxury. |

| When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted like old friends and were made to feel very special.Such warm and friendly staff andthe property is like an oasis in the middle of Mandalay.The cocktail hour by the pool each evening was a lovely experience and gave us the opportunity to meet other guests. Nothing was too much trouble and we were sad to move on. We hope to return one day. |

| We are French and recently my husband and I spent 2 days in Mandalay in your hotel.
We just want to tell you how we appreciated our stay in "the red canal hotel". Everything was perfect especially the warmly welcome from your staff. Everybody was very nice, thoughtful, and we have been very pleased to spend these 2 days.
Many thanks and be sure that, if we visit once again Mandalay, we would stay in the Red canal hotel.

| We stayed at the Hotel by the Red Canal from Feb 12th to Feb 14th. We were delighted with the hotel - it was a haven of tranquility in a busy city. Our rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff were charming. We enjoyed the happy hour drinks - a very nice idea. we did not have time to swim as the pool was very small. The breakfast was good but we did not have another meal in the restaurant. I would certainly recommend this hotel in Mandalay.

| We stayed 2 days in your wonderful hotel that exudes an air of friendliness and warm hospitality that surpasses all expectations. All aspects of our stay worked perfectly and some ideas like your daily cocktail receptions by the pool are excellent ideas to bring your guests together to share impressions of Mandalay and Myanmar in general. It made us all feel part of a wider traveling community for which your excellent hotel provided a perfect background. Its location is also convenient in the slightly quieter part of Mandalay and so close to the palace walls. I would recommend your hotel to any traveler without any doubt.
